Venezuela Accuses US of Waging an Undeclared War

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, Venezuelan Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez stated: What the United States is doing is actually an undeclared war, and for this reason, it is necessary to increase the operational readiness level of the Venezuelan Armed Forces.

He also referred to recent developments in Qatar and said: Look at what has just happened in Qatar, which is an ally of the United States and hosts a US military base.

The Venezuelan Defense Minister is referring to the US's failure to defend the Doha government against the Israeli regime's aggressive attack on the Hamas leaders' gathering in Qatar; an attack that the Tel Aviv regime failed to achieve its goal of eliminating the leaders of the Palestinian resistance.

These words of the Venezuelan Defense Minister come as US President Donald Trump announced once again a few minutes ago: "Based on my orders, the Secretary of War has ordered a deadly attack on a drug-smuggling ship in the southern region under US command."

Trump claimed: "In the attack on this ship, 3 drug traffickers were killed in international waters, but none of our forces were harmed."

The US President had repeated the same words a few days ago.
