In his speech, Bin Farhan conveyed his greetings and wishes for success to the King and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and appreciated the efforts of the French President, the UN Secretary-General, and the President of the General Assembly in holding this conference.

Referring to the continuing crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza and the West Bank and the repeated attacks on Quds, he emphasized that the recent aggression by Israel against Qatar indicates the continuation of this regime's hostile approach that threatens regional and international security and stability.

The Saudi Foreign Minister also welcomed the historic position of the French President in recognizing Palestine and the support of 142 countries for the "New York Declaration", considering it a sign of the will of the international community to realize the rights of the Palestinian people.

Stating that Riyadh is determined to continue cooperating with France and other countries to follow up on the results of this conference, bin Farhan emphasized the need to end the war in Gaza, stop unilateral actions by Israel, and establish an independent Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with East Quds as its center.

He also called on all countries to contribute to efforts to implement the two-state solution and achieve lasting peace in the region by recognizing the State of Palestine.
