San Marino Recognizes the State of Palestine

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al Jazeera, the Foreign Minister of San Marino officially announced in New York a few minutes ago that it recognizes the independent state of Palestine.

San Marino is the smallest country in the world after the Vatican and Monaco, and is within Italy.

The country has a population of approximately 34,000 and an area of around 61 square kilometers, and is recognized as the oldest republic in the world.

This country is a country with a high standard of living, whose economy is mainly based on tourism, banking, and the production of agricultural products and small industries.
