US Attack on Venezuela Leaves Dozens of Victims

TEHRAN (Defapress) - A senior Venezuelan official announced in an interview with the New York Times that at least 40 people were killed during yesterday's US military attack on the country.

He added that these 40 people include Venezuelan military and civilian forces.

This is while the official number of victims of yesterday's US military attack on Venezuela has not yet been published. Washington is also trying to make it appear that the attack on Venezuela only targeted military centers and did not cause casualties.

The bombing of various regions of Venezuela by the US over the past day also caused power outages in large parts of the country.
