TEHRAN (Defapress) - “If they do not behave properly, they will face a second attack,” Trump told reporters on the presidential plane as he returned to Washington from Florida, according to RT Arabic.

He claimed that the first US operation in Venezuela had achieved its initial goals.
Trump stressed that he did not see a need for a second attack at the moment, but warned that such action would be inevitable if Washington was not satisfied with the course of events.
In response to a question about who is currently running Venezuela, he said: “We are working with people who have taken an oath of office. Don’t ask who is running the country, because my answer will be very controversial.”
Trump then added: “That means we are governing.”
The US president also responded to his recent comments about Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez by saying: “She could end up in a worse situation than Maduro because Maduro immediately surrendered.”
Trump made it clear that Washington’s goal was not just regime change in Venezuela, but that the US intended to “reform and govern” the country to ensure its economic and political stability.
Referring to Venezuela’s oil resources, he said: “This country is in our region, and its resources should flow freely.”
“We will govern and reform Venezuela,” he added.
Trump also promised that elections would be held in the country “at the appropriate time” and stressed that Washington was now working with the interim government formed after the military operation.
In another part of his speech, Trump mentioned the US government's focus on rebuilding Venezuela's oil infrastructure, saying: "American oil companies will soon resume their activities in the country." He considered this move part of a broader strategy to stabilize the Venezuelan economy and for the US to exploit its natural resources
