Two Palestinians Martyred and Several Injured in Israeli Attacks on Gaza Strip

TEHRAN (Defapress) - A medical source announced that Khaled Hamad Ahmed Dahiliz, 63, was killed in an Israeli drone attack in the Shakush area northwest of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Earlier, Palestinian media sources reported that an Israeli drone targeted a group of citizens around the Wadi Gaza in the center of the area.

Local sources named the martyr of the attack as Ayman Awad Abdul Rahman Zaqout, 48.

Also, on Sunday morning, Israeli army armored vehicles targeted the eastern areas of Al-Bureij camp in the center of the Gaza Strip, which came at the same time as tensions escalated on the ground.

In other news, the occupation army detonated a bomb-laden robot in the northeast of Gaza City, which created a tense atmosphere in the region.

This is while more than 30 people were martyred on Saturday in a series of airstrikes by the Israeli regime on various areas of the Gaza Strip; attacks that continue within the framework of the daily violation of the ceasefire agreement in effect since October 11, 2025. The Gaza Civil Defense Organization announced that most of the victims were women and children.

The Gaza Ministry of Interior also announced the martyrdom of 5 officers and the injury of 15 police officers following an attack on the Sheikh Radwan police station in Gaza City.

In contrast, the Israeli army, claiming that the recent attacks were carried out in response to the "violation of the ceasefire", claimed that it targeted four commanders and members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad in various parts of Gaza after 8 armed individuals emerged from tunnels in the Rafah area.

The regime's army also announced an attack on a weapons depot, a weapons production site, and two rocket launchers belonging to Hamas in the central Gaza Strip.

On the other hand, the Hamas movement called Tel Aviv's claims about violating the ceasefire "lies" and announced that these accusations are an excuse to continue killing the Palestinian people and ignoring the mediators, guarantor countries, and participating parties in the so-called "Peace Council".
