Axios Report on Tel Aviv's Weakening Position with American Lawmakers

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Axios reported that the policies of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have caused and will cause a decrease in American support for the regime and its long-term disappearance, especially among the younger generations.

The report states that this decrease in support has been reflected within the US Congress, so that lawmakers who were once pro-Zionist are now more inclined to criticize it.

US Democratic Representative Jason Crow emphasized that there is a need to re-examine relations between the US and Tel Aviv and make desirable changes in this regard.

Also, all Democrats in the House of Representatives who are seeking nominations in the 2028 presidential election have voted against arms deals with the Zionist regime.

Some Democrats in the US House of Representatives have backed away from their views on supporting the Zionist regime and providing financial assistance to strengthen the Iron Dome system.

US Democratic Representative Maxwell Frost also said: "This should have happened four years ago."

Many prominent figures in the MAGA movement are also critical of the US's entry into the flow of support for the Zionist regime. Washington has provided Tel Aviv with $21 billion in financial support since the beginning of the Gaza war.
