We Are Ready to Support a Possible Agreement Between Tehran and Washington
TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Turkish Presidential Office announced that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has expressed his readiness to support the implementation of a possible agreement between Iran and the United States.
In this regard, Erdogan had telephone conversations with Trump and some leaders of Western Asian countries, and the latest developments related to Iran and the region were discussed in these conversations.
The statement from the Turkish Presidential Office stated that Erdogan announced to the relevant leaders in these calls that Turkey is ready to provide any support for the implementation of a possible agreement with Iran.
It is worth noting that Trump had said in statements yesterday that the possibility of an agreement with Iran is "fifty-fifty" and also announced that he would meet with senior US negotiators today to review Tehran's latest proposal.
