Iran Made New Equations in the Region with Operation Nasr
TEHRAN (Defapress) - Nasser Abu Sharif, the representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement in Iran, in an interview with Defapress correspondent, analyzed the recent military response of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the repeated evils of the Zionist regime in Lebanon and described this action as very quick, direct, and very clear. Referring to the speculations before the attack, he stated: Some analysts thought that Iran would not take action, but with our knowledge of the strategic thinking that governs Iran, we knew that Tehran would never allow Tel Aviv to make and impose new equations in the region.

Abu Sharif considered the attack on the Beirut suburbs as another attempt to test Tehran's response and emphasized: By dealing a major blow in Operation Nasr, the Islamic Republic of Iran not only gave a decisive response to this action, but also practically prevented Israel from changing the rules of the game based on its own agenda.
The representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Iran emphasized: Iran has proven to the world that now it is Tehran that is drawing and imposing new equations, and it is Israel that must retreat.
He went on to point out the repeated breaches of the Zionist regime in past ceasefires and said: We must not forget that the Israelis have broken the law several times. In Gaza, we witnessed two phases of the ceasefire agreement, the first part of which was not implemented at all and is now being violated every day. In Lebanon, after 15 months, Israel is also continuously violating the ceasefire agreement. It is noteworthy that countries such as Egypt, Turkey, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE supported and even guaranteed this ceasefire, but the Zionist regime continues to occupy 70 percent of Gaza without any regard and has not even implemented the minimum provisions of the agreement.
Referring to the role of the United States in recent developments, Abu Sharif evaluated Washington's efforts to calm the situation and not fall into the trap of Israel's scenario to provoke Iran, and stated: Iran, fully understanding these breaches, this time prevented Israel from repeating its game to change the rules of the region with its decisive action.
Referring to the coincidence of these developments with the Iran-US negotiations, the representative of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Iran said: Iran's attack caused America to reconsider its calculations. The White House had been reconsidering its approach for a long time, but now it has correctly realized that the best way to protect its interests in the region is to contain the Zionist regime and end the conflict with Iran.
