Palestinian Injured on Friday on Gaza Border Dies of Wounds
TEHRAN (defapress)- A Palestinian man who was critically injured on Friday by Israeli Army gunfire died of his wounds on Thursday, according to the Ministry of Health.
It said Shadi Hamdan al-Kashef, 34, from Rafah, died of his wounds sustained on Friday when Israeli snipers deployed on the border with Gaza open fire at Palestinians gathering at the border killing 20 and injuring over 1400 others, WAFA reported.
Some of the injured were reported in critical condition and some have died since then, including Kashef, to raise the number of Palestinians killed since Friday to 20.
