Pakistani Court Rules to Sell Assets of Ex-Finance MinisterIshaq Dar faces charges of concealing financial assets at home and abroad. He has been reportedly staying in London for over a year now, AP reported.

Dar was finance minister under former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, who was disqualified by the Supreme Court in July 2017 over corruption charges.

Judge Mohammad Bashir of the anti-graft tribunal ruled on Tuesday that the government of Punjab can keep in its possession all the seized assets of Dar.

Pakistan's Supreme Court last year ruled that Dar possessed assets worth over 830 million rupees ($6.6 million), far more than his declared sources of income.
