The Iranian top executive made the remarks, addressing a cabinet meeting here in Tehran this morning.
Boasting the success of Iran's diplomacy on the stage of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly, he underscored that the US has suffered a great failure in its anti-Iran campaign which has been in full practice since January.
“Today, the US is isolated in the world and nobody has acknowledged and will accept the American way,” reiterated the Iranian head of government.
“Today the public opinion of the world is on Iran’s side and even inside the US, many consider Iranian politicians and people on the right side,” the president added.
“The US has failed and will fail in achieving its goals. The diplomats of the Islamic Republic of Iran achieved considerable successes in the United Nations General Assembly, which led to US’ more isolation," he continued, noting that the US is making empty threats.
In another development bringing more political shame on Trump Administration, which has been running a full-fledged campaign against Iran since the time he assumed the White House, the International Court of Justice rolled out on Wednesday its final verdict on Iran-lodged complaint against the US breach of the terms of the 1955 Treaty of Amity between Iran and the US ordering US government to stop al unilateral sanctions against Iran.
