Downing the US drone by the Yemeni air defense

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to al-Mayadeen, the Yemeni air defense managed to shoot down another American drone in the country's airspace.

The mentioned drone was shot down by the air defense of this country while flying in the airspace of the "Zhamar" province of Yemen.

A few days ago, Yahya Saree, the spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces, announced that Yemeni air defense managed to shoot down an American MQ-9 drone while carrying out espionage and combat operations in the airspace of Saada.

He further added: This drone is the second drone in the last 2 days and the ninth drone during our holy battle with the enemy that has been shot down.
