TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Secretary of the National Security Supreme Council, Ali Akbar Ahmadian, in a gathering of journalists, regarding the response of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Zionist regime, stated: Regarding the response to the Zionist regime, we must be careful that the resistance front is involved in a war and a single action does not make sense. Ahmadian noted that the Zionist enemy is in a state of desperation and is trying to prove itself successful through psychological operations that rely on several terror operations, but there is no success for this regime. The so-called limited and ground operations that they started last night were immediately forced to retreat.

The Secretary of the National Security Supreme Council emphasized that victory is with the resistance front and defeat will be with the enemy, and noted that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah raised the resistance flag on the highest peak of the struggle in the world with his martyrdom. The blood of this dear martyr will make Jihad, resistance and fight against Zionists stronger.

"Surely, after the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah the leadership of Hezbollah will continue with a more open hand and with the support of God, and the heroic Hezbollah will shine more than before. With the martyrdom of divine leaders, there will be no disruption in Hezbollah's work and no damage will be done to the fighting power of this movement", he added.

Ahmadian clarified: We also considered it our duty to support Hezbollah during the time of General Secretary Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
