This double-hulled vessel, named "Martyr Soleimani" with hull number FS313-01, has features such as an angular design to minimize the radar cross-section, the major use of aluminum and non-steel alloys in the hull, being equipped with vertical launch silos for defensive and anti-ship missiles for the first time in Iran, being equipped with cruise missiles with a range of 700 kilometers and more, the ability to carry 3 light missile launchers in a hangar under the floating pad, and being equipped with a flare that has 24 magazines to deflect enemy missiles.

The successful experience of building and operating such a vessel prompted the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps to produce other vessels in the same class; therefore, in the following year, in February 2024, the IRGC Navy launched 2 more vessels of the Martyr Soleimani class, named after the martyrs, Sayyad Shirazi and Hassan Bagheri, and added them to its naval fleet.
