Negotiation is Different from Bullying and Giving Orders

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi wrote on his X account: Iran's nuclear energy program has always been and will always be entirely peaceful, so there is no such thing as its "potential militarization."

The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: We will not negotiate under pressure and intimidation. We do not consider such negotiations, whatever the subject may be. Negotiation is different from bullying and giving orders.

He stated: We are currently consulting with three European countries - and separately with Russia and China - on equal terms and mutual respect. The goal is to explore ways to build greater trust and transparency about Iran's nuclear energy program in exchange for the lifting of illegal sanctions.

Araqchi noted: "In the past, whenever America has treated Iran with respect in its discourse, it has received respect in return, and whenever it has adopted a threatening stance, it has faced Iran's confrontation. Every action necessarily has a reaction."
