TEHRAN (Defapress) - The bilateral agreement between Iran and Finland to avoid double taxation and combat tax evasion was submitted to the parliament.

Iran’s Economic Agreement with Finland

The agreement includes the exchange of tax information, facilitating trade, and strengthening political relations. It aims to reduce the tax burden, increase investment, and improve economic relations, with an emphasis on strict implementation and monitoring.

Not long ago, Donald Trump announced that 25% tariffs would be imposed on imported US products.

He considered this measure part of his tariff war and a symbol of America’s economic independence, emphasizing that countries around the world must pay for access to the US market.

This is while in the 11 months of 1403, Iran’s trade balance with Finland was $5.5 million.

Iran's imports from Finland were $5.2 million, and exports to the country were $0.3 million.
