Colombian President Accuses US of Murder and Violation of Its Water Territory
The Colombian President criticized the US actions in making the Caribbean Sea unsafe, saying that Washington committed premeditated murder.
TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, Colombian President Gustavo Petro strongly criticized the US authorities, stating that they committed "murder" and violated Colombia's sovereignty in its territorial waters.
Petro added in his statements that Colombian fisherman Alejandro Carranza had no connection to the drug trade and was engaged in his daily fishing activity.
He said that the Colombian boat was on its way and that since one of its engines had failed, it had signaled for help.
Petro finally asked Washington to provide the necessary explanations.
