Khorramshahr People Welcome 85 Newly Discovered Martyrs

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Along with the presence of the caravans of the Way of Light in the southern region, the holy bodies of 85 martyrs of the Sacred Defense era entered the Islamic homeland today (Monday) with an enthusiastic welcome from the martyr-loving people of Khorramshahr from the Arvand water border at the port pier of this city.

These martyrs have been discovered through the efforts of the martyrs' investigation teams in recent periods in the operational areas of Fakkeh, Sharhani, Chilat, East Tigris, Majnoon Islands, Katiban Region, Shalamcheh, and Umm ar-Rasas Island.

These glorious martyrs are related to the operations of Beit ol-Moqaddas, Wal-Fajr 6, Muharram, Badr, Kheybar, Ramadan, Karbala 5, and Wal-Fajr 8 operations.

The welcoming ceremony for these newly-examined martyrs was held at the Khorramshahr port dock, with the widespread presence of various segments of the public and pilgrims from the Rahian Noor caravans. With tearful eyes and chanting the call of Labaik Ya Hussein (AS), the participants once again renewed their commitment to the ideals of the late Imam and the noble martyrs.
