Defense Council warns Kurdistan Region

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Rear Admiral Ali Akbar Ahmadian, the representative of the Leader in the Defense Council, while warning the Kurdistan Region, said: Commanders of all ranks of the armed forces have implemented diverse, asymmetric and intelligent defense strategies and plans, have crushed the positions of the hostile American-Zionist enemies in complex and stubborn operations, and have dominance over the entire region and the Persian Gulf, and on this basis, a “new equation” has been formed by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Ahmadian added: Friends and brothers in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region are reminded that so far only American and Israeli bases and separatist groups in the region have been targeted, but if these groups or elements of the regime are allowed to continue their presence, plotting, or entering the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the region, all facilities in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region will be widely targeted as a backstop for these groups and the regime, and the friendly relations and unwavering support of the Islamic Republic in the Kurdistan Region will be stopped in difficult days such as the ISIS attack.
