Brothers in the Field and Diplomacy Are of the Resistance

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Brigadier General Esmail Qaani stated in an interview: The issue of Resistance in the region, by God’s grace, has its roots in the beginning of the Islamic Revolution; from the time when Imam Khomeini (RA) issued the order to form Resistance groups all over the world. After him, our martyred Leader continued this line with steadfastness, and these cells gradually turned into Resistance movements. These movements linked together and formed the “Axis of Resistance,” an issue that has been of great concern to America, global arrogance, and the Zionist regime ever since.

The Commander of the IRGC's Quds Force added: Today, America knows very well, and the Zionist regime understands even better than America, that the movement that stands up to them in the most difficult conditions, fights, and does not withdraw from the field is the 'Resistance.' This period proved this truth; from the Al-Aqsa Storm until today, they exerted unprecedented pressure, inflicted the most destruction, and committed the most horrific crimes in Palestine and Lebanon, but not a single group of Resistance movements withdrew from the field. This resistance has greatly frightened the enemies.

Brigadier General Qaani continued: “They had a plan to confront the Resistance and thought that this war was an opportunity to engage the Resistance, but they did not know that our resistant brothers had long ago, when they gathered together, even without our presence, believed that “we must take the lead in the fight against America and not let the Islamic Republic get into trouble.” This was their own decision, without anyone asking them a single word.

He considered the components of the Resistance Front the vanguard of the struggle in the imposed war and said: "To be fair, the entire Axis of Resistance shone powerfully in the recent war."

Stating that the Lebanese Hezbollah fought alongside Iran for 104 days in the third imposed war, Brigadier General Qaani added: Hezbollah is not collapsible, and no one can stand against it. What you have seen from Hezbollah is only the tip of the iceberg; the Lebanese Hezbollah includes the entire Shiite community and a significant part of the non-Shiite community in Lebanon.

He emphasized: Whether the brother behind the launcher or the brothers at the negotiating table, their nature is Resistance.

The Commander of the IRGC's Quds Force added: Last night, Iran was ready to attack the Zionist regime. We stood with authority and took an issue that the other side did not want to accept.

Brigadier General Qaani stated that the American-Zionist enemy has no honor left wherever it clashes with the Resistance, and said that Bab al-Mandeb is one of the winning cards of the Resistance front, and that, if necessary, other cards will be revealed.

He added: Bab al-Mandeb is in the hands of Hezbollah, Ansar Allah of Yemen, and even some other groups of the Resistance who are not Yemenis.

Brigadier General Qaani noted: Some of the most equipped American ships that intended to cross the Red Sea during the war spent nearly two weeks between Yemen and Jeddah to decide whether they could cross or not; but in the end, they did not dare to cross.

Stating that the third imposed war on America discredited him, the Commander of the IRGC's Quds Force said: The process of the collapse of the Zionist regime has gained strength after the third imposed war.

He stated: "As soon as the Zionist regime invaded Lebanon, the Iranian negotiating team dealt with the enemy and the mediators with authority. The Resistance in Lebanon issue proved that men of the battlefield and diplomacy are of the Resistance type."
