We Will Give the Enemy the Bitter Taste of More Defeats
TEHRAN (Defapress) - The General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) stated on the occasion of Sacred Defense Week.
The text of the statement is as follows:
September 22nd, in the brilliant history of the Islamic Revolution, is a reminder of a grand epic, a period during which the resilient Iranian nation, relying on firm faith and unity of purpose, built an impenetrable barrier against the military aggression of the Ba'athist enemies during the eight years of Sacred Defense, as well as against various political, security, and economic pressures from the superpowers of the East and West. By upsetting all conventional military and strategic calculations in the world, and without losing even a single inch of the sacred soil of our beloved country, the nation inflicted an irreparable defeat upon global arrogance and the proxy forces of the American system of dominance, namely, the Ba'athist regime of Iraq.
The valuable lessons and experiences of the eight years of Sacred Defense guided the maturity and evolution of the country’s unprecedented defense power toward a "Strong Iran." This caused a proud America and the criminal, child-killing Zionist regime to bend their knees and bow their heads in surrender before this awakened nation and its brave, courageous children in the Armed Forces during the imposed 12-Day Imposed War and the Ramadan War.
Under current circumstances, the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, relying on Almighty God, the support of the heroic people, indigenous knowledge, and strategic self-reliance in defense industries and modern military technologies, have shifted security equations in favor of the Islamic nation and the honorable Iranian people by inflicting heavy damage on the military-security infrastructure and strategic interests of the US and the fake Zionist regime in West Asia. Prominent examples of this include taking control of the Strait of Hormuz under Iranian arrangements, shattering the hollow majesty of the criminal, Hollywood-style, terrorist US military in decline, and humiliating the child-killing Zionist army.
By divine grace, relying on faith, and leveraging creative national capacities, the steadfast Iranian nation, following the heavy blows it has dealt to the body of the American-Zionist enemies, will powerfully impose another defeat on the dark track record of global arrogance in the face of the enemy's hybrid attacks, particularly economic, cognitive, and media warfare.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH), while honoring the memory of the Great Leader of the Islamic Revolution, His Eminence Imam Khomeini, and the Martyred Leader, His Eminence Imam Khamenei, and paying tribute to all the precious martyrs, veterans, and their honorable families from the eight years of Sacred Defense as well as the Second and Third Imposed Wars, renew their allegiance to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, His Eminence Ayatollah Seyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, and assure the honorable nation of Iran: Every single fighter of the Army, the IRGC, the Ministry of Defense, the Law Enforcement Force, the Basij, and the border guards will not back down in protecting national interests, the rights of the nation, and the territorial integrity of dear Iran against the enemy, and will make aggressors and ill-wishers of the Iranian nation, especially American and Zionist enemies and their allies, taste the bitter flavor of further defeats.
