S Arabia, US, Zionist regime trying to play innocent on Yemen's issue

Speaking to Yemen’s Al-Masirah news website on Tuesday, General Jafari said the unfounded claim that Iran is an obstacle on the path towards the resolution of Yemen’s crisis, is what fabricated by Saudis and Zionists, and is uttered only to create tensions and instability in the region.

All in the region are well aware that resistance is the means to respond to the aggressive policies of United States, Saudi Arabia and the Zionist regime, the IRGC commander noted.

Jafari underlined that the holy places in Saudi Arabia have never been targeted by the Yemeni people, and the Saudi leaders’ remarks on the issue are an effort to play innocent and justify their cruelty towards the defenseless people in Yemen.

IRGC commander added that the three aggressors have tried to justify their invasion of Yemen by raising phony claims over Iran’s attempt to encroach to Yemen and the whole region. "The facts proved that invasion of Yemen was a US-Zionist project at the head of which are Saudi Arabia and UAE and to dominate Yemen’s strategic position and its resources after its destruction and secession.”
