Yemeni army destroys Saudi positions in Asir region

TEHRANv(Defapress)-Yemeni missile unit together with popular committees shot a ‘Zelzal 2’ missile to a military base in Asir region, according to Al Masirah.

A number of Saudi forces are reported to be killed.

Meanwhile, Yemeni snipers killed two Saudi military forces in al-Haskul base in Jizan province.

This is while Saudi jet fighters bombarded Saada, Hajjah and Al Hudaydah.

Saudi jet fighters also targeted a house in Baqim District and killed 5 people.

In another attack on Al Hudaydah, two Yemeni civilians were killed.

Saudi Arabia and its regional allies attacked Yemen in March 2015 to bring back to power the deposed president of Yemen Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi.

Thousands of Yemenis have been killed in the attacks by the Saudi-US coalition and more than 2,000 have died due to a cholera epidemic.
