Syrian Army Hoists Country's Flag in Several Newly-Freed Regions in Homs, Hama Provinces

The Syrian Army has raised the country's flag over a number of buildings in several newly-liberated regions, a field source said on Tuesday, adding that Northern Homs and Southern Hama will be soon purged of terrorists completely.

Syrian Army Hoists Country's Flag in Several Newly-Freed Regions in Homs, Hama ProvincesTEHRAN (FNA)- The sources said that the sixth group of terrorists and their family members that rejected the army's peace offer left Northern Homs and Southern Hama for militant-held regions in Idlib province.

They said that hundreds of terrorists and their families left the village of al-Masma'alil in Northern Homs for al-Mokhtariyeh and later for Idlib on 59 buses.

In the meantime, 63 more buses transferred hundreds of terrorists and their family members to Idlib via al-Rastan passageway.

They added that Northern Homs' residents hoisted the government flags over buildings in the towns and villages of al-Rastan, Talbiseh and Ezzeddeen amid expulsion of the terrorists from their regions.

The sources said that expulsion of the terrorists from Northern Homs and Southern Hama is coming to an end and the region will be soon cleaned of terrorists.

In a relevant development on Monday, the terrorists and their family members that rejected the Syrian Army's peace offer left the villages and regions of al-Qantara Shamali, al-Qarbatiyeh, al-Mazazeh, al-Damineh, Ezzeddeen, al-Satahiyat, Deir Foul and Eidoun in Northern Homs for Idlib province via al-Romeileh passageway on 53 buses.

Field sources reported that the fifth group of terrorists and their family members left Northern Homs and Southern Hama for Northern Syria via al-Rastan passageway.
