I offer my sincerest congratulations to your Excellency on his re-election as the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Without a doubt, successful, peaceful and fair holding of election, which was held under economic sanctions and threat by foreign powers, is a great victory and success for the people and government of Venezuela

On behalf of the people and government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I emphasise our deep solidarity with the people and government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and I hope that through collaboration between the authorities of the two countries, especially in your Excellency's new term of office, we witness further development of amicable relations in all fields of mutual interest between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
