Accelerating the construction of the Zionist border fence near Jordan

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Arabi 21, Israeli war minister, Israel Katz, emphasized yesterday the need to accelerate the construction of the fence along the eastern border with Jordan.

He said: "We must act quickly and decisively so that the West Bank does not become a second Gaza."

Katz expressed concern about efforts to open a new front against the Israeli regime from the West Bank.

It was reported some time ago that the Israeli army has begun digging a trench along the border with Jordan for fear of repeating anti-Zionist operations in this area, especially the Al-Aqsa Storm and the infiltration of cars and trucks.

The report states that the digging of the trench is taking place in the Wadi Arabah region and a desert area. The regime's army has announced that due to the lack of a border fence hundreds of kilometers from this area, the movement of vehicles is easy, and there is a possibility of a repeat of the operation as Maher Al-Jazi did.
