Hamas Has Neither Disappeared Nor Weakened

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, Brigadier General Zvika Haimovich of the Israeli army reserves admitted that Hamas is firmly established in the Gaza Strip and is taking more and more control of affairs as time goes on.

He added: The images released from the Gaza Strip do not indicate the defeat of Hamas and the destruction of this movement, or even its weakening. We have witnessed the presence of a movement that is in control of affairs in the Gaza Strip over the past two weeks.

The Zionist soldier, who was also the commander of the Israeli army's air defense unit, stated: Tel Aviv is forced to paint an illusory picture of victory for itself. Even if all the Israeli prisoners return, this picture will not become a reality.

He continued: "The return of hundreds of thousands of Gaza Strip residents to the north of the Strip will prevent the army from resuming the war."

Haimovich said: "The military uniforms of Hamas forces, the vehicles, the methods of filming, and the media of these forces all show that Hamas has not lost its power."
