TEHRAN (Defapress) - The spokesperson for the Gaza police, in an interview with Al Jazeera, stated: There is no coordination between the Palestinian police and the occupying forces, and the police are working to ensure that aid reaches those who are truly in need.

Zionists Continue to Violate the Agreement

The Gaza police spokesperson added: Since the announcement of the ceasefire, more than 10 police officers in Gaza have been martyred. The occupiers have targeted the security system from the beginning of the war to disrupt the internal front, and so far, we have had 1,400 martyrs.

He further stated: We call on mediators and the international community to pressure the occupiers to stop their crimes and targeting of police forces.

The Gaza police spokesperson emphasized: The attacks by the Zionist regime will not prevent us from carrying out our police duties and ensuring the security of aid delivery.

Finally, after extensive back-and-forth and internal disagreements among the Zionists and ministers of the regime's cabinet, the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip entered its implementation phase at noon on January 19.

In the first stage of the prisoner exchange, 3 Zionist female prisoners were released in exchange for several Palestinian women and child prisoners, and so far, 4 stages of the exchange have been carried out.

This agreement is set to be implemented and completed in 3 stages.
