TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to the Palestinian news agency Shehab, leaked internal documents from Microsoft reveal that the company is the primary provider of espionage intelligence for the Zionist regime through its AI services and has escalated its support for this regime to unprecedented levels since the start of the genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023.

The Hidden Dimensions of Microsoft's Espionage Cooperation with the Israeli Regime

According to documents published by the website "Drop Site News," the Zionist regime is one of Microsoft's largest global partners, and the volume of engineering and intelligence exchanges between the two sides since the beginning of the Gaza war has amounted to $10 million.

Meanwhile, additional Microsoft support projects for the Zionist regime, worth $30 million, are under review. However, it appears that the actual value of signed contracts between the regime and Microsoft is much higher than the officially announced figures and the published documents.

The Zionist regime's army has been using Microsoft's services at unprecedented levels in the Gaza war, with the regime's cloud usage increasing by 155% between June 2023 and April 2024, peaking just before the attack on Rafah in May 2024.

The Zionist regime's most extensive use of Microsoft involves translation tools and Azure OpenAI, which are employed in over 75% of military applications.

Reports on AI technologies such as "Lavender" indicate that this technology has analyzed data on 2.3 million Gazans to identify potential links between these individuals and Hamas members.

According to intelligence reports from Tel Aviv, this system initially examined data on 37,000 Palestinians as suspected individuals and potential suspects linked to Hamas.

Some international tech companies have viewed the genocide in the Gaza war as a golden opportunity to sign military contracts, and Microsoft has offered special discounts for collaboration with military companies affiliated with the Zionist regime.

The report adds that the true value of contracts signed between Microsoft and the Zionist regime’s Ministry of War has not been officially disclosed, but existing documents indicate that the figure is far higher than the reported statistics.

Research conducted in Tel Aviv reveals "sensitive activities" carried out in the occupied territories with Microsoft’s support. Some of these activities include:

Use of the Azure system by various Zionist military intelligence units, including Unit 8200 and Unit 81, which provide sophisticated espionage technology for the regime’s intelligence community.

Use of Microsoft to secure systems employed by the Zionist security forces, collecting and recording data on Palestinian residency and movements in the West Bank and Gaza Strip using "Rolling Stone" technology.

The "Ofek" unit, affiliated with the Zionist Air Force, has extensively used Microsoft’s communication and email systems to manage vast amounts of data on potential targets for future attacks, identified as the "Gaza Target Bank."

A significant portion of AI-based services used by the Zionist Ministry of War benefits the regime’s army, operating without reliance on the internet and disconnected from public networks. This allows the services to be deployed in far more sensitive missions and objectives.
