TEHRAN (Defapress) - Brigadier General Kiyomars Heidari, the Deputy Commander of the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH), on the sidelines of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Naval Eghtedar exercise in the waters of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, stated that the main mission of theHeadquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) is to plan and strategically guide the battlefield and the scenes of operations, and stated: “Naturally, before every war and every operation, our country’s armed forces need to bring their victorious readiness to the fore, and it can be said that the best arena for this preparation is the exercise.”

Brigadier General Heidari added: After the 12-day imposed war, we have not spared even a moment to improve the readiness and capabilities of our country's armed forces, and in the powerful Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that we witnessed this exercise, I must bring to the attention of our great nation a few unique features of this exercise.
The Deputy Commander of the Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya (PBUH) continued: The most prominent feature of this exercise was the fulfillment of the blessed orders of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to become strong, stand on its own feet, and take initiative, and in this exercise, all three components were beautifully manifested. In this exercise, we witnessed weapons that were directional, accurate, intelligent, and most importantly, completely manufactured and crafted by the creative minds and capable hands of my comrades in the Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Ministry of Defense; that is, they had achieved standing on their own feet. What we observed was domestic production.
He stated that the morality of my forces in the IRGC Navy was truly renowned for carrying out such an offensive and goal-oriented exercise, and added: They appeared in this arena with very high spirits, with cohesion, with command, and with very good planning, which deserves my appreciation and gratitude to the respected commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, General Tangsiri, who carried out this very large planning in the waters of the Sea of Oman and the Persian Gulf, which can be said to have been carried out with the best quality.
In conclusion, Brigadier General Heidari, while appreciating the participants in this exercise, said: I wish all of our honorable nation could see all parts of this exercise; but naturally, it is necessary that many of the tactics and techniques that had emerged creatively and which I refer to as conventional tactics and techniques, remain hidden from the enemy so that they can spend money to achieve these tactics and techniques.
