Full Readiness of the Army Ground Forces to Confront Threats

TEHRAN (Defapress) - On the sidelines of a visit to units stationed in the southeast of Iran, Brigadier General Ali Jahanshahi, Commander of the Army Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in a meeting with reporters, referring to his field visits to units stationed in the southeast of Iran, announced the full combat readiness, high morale and desired operational capacity of the army forces and stated: In recent days, visits were made to units of the Army Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the southeast of the country and units stationed on the coasts of Makran and the Gulf of ​​Oman.

Brigadier General Jahanshahi continued: "Fortunately, the personnel of these units have a very strong and desirable spirit and motivation, and they pursue their missions with a spirit of sacrifice, dedication, and selflessness. In all these areas, our forces are present on the scene with full alertness and high readiness."

Stating that all units of this force on the eastern borders and the coasts of Makran are fully prepared to confront any possible threat, the Commander of the Army Ground Forces said: Equipping the units with systems, equipment, weapons, ammunition, and further enhancing the combat capability of the forces is underway.

He emphasized: The armed forces have made a pact with the dear people of Iran with their blood and have stood by their lives to defend the country. Defending the security, independence, and dignity of Islamic Iran is a duty that we are committed to with all our hearts.

In another part of his remarks, Brigadier General Jahanshahi referred to the priorities of the Army Ground Forces and stated: Our most important priority is the continuous improvement of combat capability and increasing the readiness of units. Accordingly, we will utilize the capacities of the defense industry, knowledge-based companies, the country's elites, and self-sufficiency jihad groups in the army to develop defense capabilities.

In conclusion, emphasizing the necessity of maintaining Iran's defense authority, Commander of the Army Ground Forces noted: Experience has shown that the Zionist regime and the system of domination cannot be trusted; therefore, we must always be strong, ready, and vigilant. Just as the martyred leader of the Revolution always emphasized that if we do not want the enemy to dare to attack the country, we must always be strong and strengthen our power.
