Zimbabwe's parliamentary, local council and presidential elections were held on July 30.
The Iranian spokesman said the delegation visited a number of polling stations, monitored vote counting process and observed no violation during the elections and also vote counting process.
“According to the Iranian delegation, the recent elections in Zimbabwe were free, peaceful, fair and at the same time valid.”
Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his main rival, Nelson Chamisa both say they are confident of victory after Monday's election.
Observers say it could be a tight race, but the opposition has said it will protest if their candidate is defeated.
