Israel's project for a permanent presence in the Gaza Strip and dividing it

TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to the Zionist newspaper, Yedioth Ahronoth, the Zionist army is seeking to create 3 axes to divide the Gaza Strip and make fundamental changes in this strip.

According to this report, the occupying army has established permanent military facilities in the Gaza Strip to maintain a permanent military presence in the Gaza Strip.

In this regard, the Netzarim axis has become a huge Israeli military base with fixed military installations, detention, and command centers.

During the recent invasion of the Gaza Strip, which has been more than 400 days since its beginning, the Israeli army drew the axis of Netzarim (Road 749) in the Gaza Strip. This axis divides the Gaza Strip into two parts, north and south. Its length is 6 km and it passes through the center of the Gaza Strip.

Netzarim was the name of an occupied settlement in the Gaza Strip before Israel withdrew from it in 2005.

Yedioth Ahronoth, the Zionist newspaper, further wrote that the occupying army has created a new axis that separates the northern areas of the Gaza Strip from the rest of its areas and plans to create a third axis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

According to analysts, the Zionist regime seeks to permanently occupy Gaza and even build settlements there.
