Our Powerful Armed Forces Are on Alert

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi wrote on X: “Those in Iran who have been affected by the temporary fluctuations in the exchange rate have been peacefully protesting in the past few days, as is their right.”

He added: “Apart from that, we have also witnessed cases of violent riots, including attacks on police stations and the throwing of Molotov cocktails at police officers. President Trump, who recently deployed the National Guard within the US borders, knows better than anyone that criminal attacks on public property will not be tolerated.”

The Foreign Minister said: “That is why President Trump’s message today, which is likely influenced by those who fear diplomacy or mistakenly believe that diplomacy is unnecessary, is so irresponsible and dangerous.”

Araghchi wrote: “The great Iranian nation, as in the past, will firmly reject any interference in its internal affairs. Likewise, our powerful armed forces are on alert and know exactly where to target in the event of a violation of Iranian sovereignty.”
