Cleric: Arab leaders helpless in defending Palestine

TEHRAN (Defapress)-Addressing a large crowd of worshippers, Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi made the remarks in reference to relocation of US embassy from Tel Aviv to holy Quds.

The US did this act in defiance of international regulations which regard the holy Quds as belonging to Palestinians, the cleric said. He noted that despite the approval of the Congress for relocation of the US embassy, the former US administrations felt duty-bound to honor international regulations in this regard.

Referring to the deadly crackdown on the Palestinian protests against the new US action, Hojjatoleslam Seddiqi said that the massacre of Palestinians was another document indicating that the US and the Zionist regime have no respect for any principles.
