‘Iranian nation to respond harshly to any aggression by US, allies’

“The Iranian nation will respond strongly to any aggression of US and its allies,” said Ali Larijani on Wednesday in Rasht.

He made the remarks at a ceremony organized to commemorate Mirza Kouchik Khan Jangali, a popular leader who mobilized volunteer forces to restore the independence of Iran at the time Russian forces were occupying the northern Iran and Reza Pahlavi was suppressing patriotic forces in around a hundred years ago.
