TEHRAN (Defapress) - Yesterday, Beirut and Lebanon witnessed a massive turnout of millions of people from the country, as well as supporters and admirers of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon from various nations. Although the event initially faced an unusual silence and a media blackout by Western outlets during the commencement of the funeral procession for the pure bodies of "Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah" and "Sayyed Hashim Safi al-Din," it quickly gained extensive coverage in Western, European, and even American media within less than 2 hours of the ceremony's start.

Global Reflection of the Million Mourners at the Funeral of the Resistance Martyrs

As the massive presence of millions of Lebanese and regional citizens in Beirut to attend the funeral of "Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah" and "Sayyed Hashim Safi al-Din" drew widespread attention, regional media had already reported that the movement of people from Lebanon and abroad to participate in the ceremony had begun the day and night before, from various cities in Lebanon and neighboring countries.

The enormous crowd at the event, chanting Islamic and epic slogans, particularly "Down with Israel," while holding the flags of Hezbollah, led regional and Arab analysts to conclude that, a year after the start of the Gaza war and the assassination of two Hezbollah leaders by the Zionist regime, this Lebanese Islamic Resistance group continues to enjoy significant and remarkable popularity among the Lebanese people and the nations of the region.

The grand and awe-inspiring funeral ceremony for the martyrs of Hezbollah's Islamic Resistance was so vast and surprising that this epic presence caught the attention of global media outlets, which extensively covered the event less than 2 hours after it began. Notably, Western media, particularly American outlets, reported on the funeral of the martyred Hezbollah leaders.

Among them, the American news agency Reuters published an article titled "Tens of thousands mourn in Beirut for Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah." In its report on the funeral of Hezbollah's martyred leaders, Reuters wrote that tens of thousands gathered in the suburbs of Beirut on Sunday to pay tribute to the former leader of Hezbollah, the martyred Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

Another American media outlet, the Associated Press, covered the funeral of Hezbollah's martyred leaders, reporting on the massive and widespread presence of Resistance supporters. It noted that tens of thousands of Lebanese and international supporters gathered in a Beirut stadium early Sunday morning to attend the funeral of Hezbollah's former leader, Hassan Nasrallah.

CNN, not wanting to miss covering this grand event, reported on the presence of tens of thousands of Lebanese mourners for the martyred Hezbollah leaders. It wrote that tens of thousands of mourners poured into Beirut's largest stadium, where the ceremony began, filling the surrounding streets. A massive crowd followed the coffin of the late leader toward a shrine in southern Beirut, built as his eternal resting place.

Al Jazeera also covered the funeral of Hezbollah's martyred leaders, reporting that mourners attended the funeral procession of Nasrallah, the former leader of Hezbollah. Thousands, dressed in black, carried Hezbollah flags or images of Nasrallah as they headed to the Beirut stadium.

Another Western media outlet, the Guardian, a British newspaper, published a pictorial report on the grand funeral ceremony for the late Resistance leaders. The newspaper featured images of Hezbollah flags and symbols, as well as the unified slogan "I am committed," held by supporters of the Resistance leaders.

BBC, in its report on the funeral of Hezbollah's leaders, stated that a large crowd gathered for the funeral of Hassan Nasrallah, the former leader of Hezbollah, who was martyred in an Israeli attack in September.

The Persian-language network Euronews, covering yesterday's event, reported that tens of thousands gathered in a Beirut stadium on Sunday to attend the funeral of Hassan Nasrallah, the former leader of Hezbollah. The ceremony took place nearly 5 months after the Secretary-General of Hezbollah was martyred by "Israel."

France 24, providing live coverage of the funeral of Hezbollah's leaders, reported that mourners wore black, some waving Hezbollah flags or holding images of Hassan Nasrallah. Thousands gathered in a stadium in the suburbs of Beirut on Sunday to attend his funeral procession.

The Zionist regime's media outlet Haaretz also wrote on the matter, stating that tens of thousands gathered in Beirut for Nasrallah's funeral while Israeli fighters circled overhead to send a message.

The Times of Israel, another Zionist media outlet, reported yesterday that as Israeli fighters flew over the tens of thousands of mourners for Hassan Nasrallah, they chanted in unison, "Down with Israel."
