TEHRAN (Defapress) - According to Al-Mayadeen, Abdullah Nizam, the head of the Islamic Scholars’ Council of the Ahl al-Bayt School (AS) in Syria, issued a statement calling on everyone to engage in real and serious dialogue to chart the future of the country.
Abdullah Nizam also called for an end to violence in Syria. Abdullah Nizam added that the social and political framework of Syria must take into account the characteristics of the different strata of the country.
He stated: No one’s life and property should be attacked because of their thoughts and beliefs, or anyone should be targeted for spreading biased rumors.
Abdullah Nizam added: Real dialogues should be held with real representatives of Syrian society. Violence will not stop violence. No one sees any good in the ongoing violence in Syria and sectarian slogans.
He pointed to the Zionist regime's greed for Syria and its claim to support the Druze, and said: "These developments indicate the possibility of Syria's disintegration in the shadow of the country's internal divisions."
Elements of the terrorist regime in the Jolani region have been carrying out a massive massacre of civilians in the country since Thursday.
