TEHRAN (Defapress) -  The "preemptive attack of the Zionist regime falsely claimed it directed against Hezbollah's rocket and drone launchers cost 120 million dollars, a senior Israeli defense industry source told Globes. According to a senior Israeli defense industry source, the alleged attack was a massive operation that involved 100 fighter jets, 4,000 Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) bombs, and drone operations for 12 hours.

Almayadeen reported, however, that Hezbollah's Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has dismissed the Israeli claim as a "sheer lie," stating that the group had no intention of targeting Tel Aviv with precision missiles. Nasrallah emphasized that the Resistance had a clear and precise strategy and that the Israeli military's claims were an attempt to launder its already tarnished image.

The Israeli military claimed that the attack consisted of 100 aircraft operating for six hours, totaling at least $18 million, plus drone operations for 12 hours estimated at $1.08 million, and JDAM bombs costing $25,000 each. This brings the total cost to almost $120 million, excluding the cost of reserve duty compensation.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah's operation achieved its targets successfully, with Nasrallah affirming that the group had accomplished its objectives.

While "Israel" claims it saved defense expenses by allegedly outmaneuvering the Islamic Resistance rather than exhausting its air defense system, the fact is that it wasted 120 million dollars on a sham attack, as Hezbollah's operation achieved its targets successfully, as affirmed by the group's Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
