Global Unity on the Front Against Trump

The growing divergence between the White House and the globalists has led to the Democratic Party in the United States increasingly uniting with global allies, especially in Western Europe.

TEHRAN (Defapress) - Veniamin Popov, a member of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), and Caroline Levitt, a spokeswoman for the White House, said in Washington on April 25, 2026, that the criminal act was the result of a campaign to demonize the American leader, which was actively carried out by the Democratic Party.

Global Unity on the Front Against Trump

In the days leading up to the assassination attempt, a series of articles were published in the American press that followed the media line that Trump was a liar. This media line sought to point out that Trump had caused enormous damage to the United States with his policies. The media loyal to the Democratic Party published significant materials in which Trump was accused of destroying transatlantic relations and weakening the Western alliance. The same themes were dominant in numerous articles prepared by a group of Western European political scientists.

In late April, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that from now on, the European Union would have to resist Russia, China, and the United States simultaneously. At the same time, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz warned in a speech to students in the city of Marburg on April 27 that the United States risks getting bogged down in a new quagmire with Iran, similar to Iraq and Afghanistan, because Washington has no clear path out of the conflict and is being humiliated by Iranian officials, who are very skilled negotiators.

It is clear that if European leaders initially tried to somehow appease Donald Trump and reach an agreement with him on a common policy, they have recently abandoned this approach and distanced themselves from the policies of the American president.

Perhaps the latest sign of the efforts of the American Democratic Party and European liberal globalists to unite against Trump was the visit of King Charles III of England to the United States. In his speeches, the English king not only mildly rebuked Trump for retreating from the previous common policy, but also tried to take a humorous jab at him. Charles III strongly defended statements that completely contradict Trump's policy on NATO, Ukraine, and the Green Agenda.

In essence, the process of divergence between the White House and the globalists is taking on increasing forms, and the differences in approaches are becoming more tangible every day.

Trump's opponents in the Democratic Party have significantly increased their criticism of his actions both domestically and internationally. The regional war with Iran, which began on February 28, 2026, is clearly not approved by American society; even Trump's like-minded people in the MAGA movement are increasingly distancing themselves from the president.

The current situation suggests that this gap will deepen and, most likely, the coordination of actions between the US Democratic Party and the Western European elite will take on more tangible forms in the near future. At present, this coordination is clearly visible regarding the war in Ukraine.

In fact, Trump's opponents have attacked him mainly on the Ukrainian front. The leaders of the European Union member states have managed to agree on a large loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine with two-year repayments. King Charles III of England, in his speech to the US Congress, emphasized the need for comprehensive support for Ukraine.

Even the New York Times published an article on April 26, 2026, stating that instead of Trump, Zelensky should be declared the new leader of the free world.

On the other hand, there are fierce attacks on the Trump administration, especially because of the regional war with Iran. The main reason for the growing dissatisfaction with Trump’s warmongering is the increase in fuel prices. Americans have to pay 20% more for a gallon of gasoline than before, and the price of diesel fuel, which trucks carrying various goods across the United States use, has also increased by 50%.

Although Trump constantly talks about his victories and successes, the domestic media highlights his blatant failures in two of his main projects:

1. Tariff hikes: The Supreme Court (mostly comprised of Trump supporters) ruled that the tariffs were unconstitutional.

2. Deporting illegal immigrants: The deportation of illegal immigrants was so scandalous that the Secretary of Homeland Security was forced to accept full responsibility and resign.

It is no wonder that the US president’s approval rating has fallen to 33-35% according to various polls, while before the regional war with Iran, it had remained steadily at the 40% level.

In the current situation, Donald Trump feels increasingly isolated. His hopes that the celebration of his 80th birthday on June 14 and the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States on July 4 would become an excuse to celebrate his services are fading. In fact, he has nothing to say about his “amazing achievements”. Naturally, this greatly upsets Trump’s colleagues in the Republican Party, who are aware of the impending catastrophic defeat in the mid-term elections. Trump is also very nervous about the very sharp and sarcastic remarks of European leaders that he couldn't take Greenland.

It seems that in the current situation, the Russian media should launch a massive campaign to explain this situation and emphasize that at the moment only a quick resolution of the Ukrainian crisis can save Trump, so that in mid-June he can present himself as the greatest peacemaker of all time and peoples, who not only managed to resolve the five-year-old Ukrainian conflict, but also saved Europe from World War III.

Trump feels increasingly isolated internationally. He has practically managed to ruin his relations with most countries of the world, so any slightest sign of sympathy on Russia's part will find a corresponding assessment from him.
