Israel's Heavy Defeat by Iran
TEHRAN (Defapress) - In a report, the Ma'ariv newspaper refers to Benjamin Netanyahu's struggle to resume aggression against Iran and warns that these pressures may further entangle and trap Israel.

The newspaper continues: Iran has inflicted a heavy defeat on Israel through the ceasefire imposed on it in Lebanon. The stories that Netanyahu attributed to himself have now been revealed and are nothing more than limited achievements; it is similar to the famous proverb that they say: "The mountain gave birth to mice".
The newspaper admits: 70 percent of Iranian missiles located in underground cities have not been damaged; therefore, the start of war may turn into a strategic disaster for Israel, because Israel has no control over the negotiations and the current situation.
The Ma'ariv newspaper describes the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution as a strategic mistake and writes: We now understand that Trump's move towards assassination, on the advice of Netanyahu, has today put him in a complete deadlock, and the advice that Netanyahu continues to give will only complicate the situation.
The newspaper, while criticizing Netanyahu's actions, claims that if the objectives of the operation had been determined correctly, the first thing that should have been done was to control the Strait of Hormuz and ensure its opening; therefore, this mistake caused Iran to ultimately turn the situation in its favor, to the point that today the main focus of negotiations on opening the Strait has become.
The Ma'ariv newspaper adds: The Israeli military machine is still eroding and its fuel is running out, and this machine is closer to stopping than to reaching unknown goals over the horizon! The Israeli army is worn out and has completely lost its discipline, because it has entered into conflicts beyond its capacity and has become weak everywhere.
The newspaper believes that the creation of buffer zones in Lebanon, Gaza, and Syria has set Israel back forty years. It is a weak and humiliating tactical achievement, and is a huge lie about victory; a lie that stems from Netanyahu’s absolute failure to protect Israel’s borders during his term in office.
The newspaper concludes: The result of this failure was obvious; because it does not bring more security or real gains, but rather wears out the army even more. The Israeli army cannot afford to continue such a war of attrition for a long time. Because under the pressure of this current weakness, Hamas has begun to regain its strength, Hezbollah will not stop its attacks, and the Iranian front may end up in the worst possible situation for everyone.
