More than 60 martyrs in the past 24 hours in Israeli attacks on Gaza

TEHRAN (Defapress) - As a result of the Israeli regime's attacks on areas of the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, 60 Palestinians were martyred and several others were injured.

In the latest airstrikes by the occupation forces, a residential apartment in the east of Nuseirat in the center of the Gaza Strip was targeted, martyring 7 Palestinians and injuring several others.

Meanwhile, several other Palestinians were also martyred and injured in an attack on a house in the Maghazi camp in the center of the Gaza Strip, and according to statistics from the Gaza Ministry of Health, the number of victims of the Israeli regime's aggression on Gaza since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, has reached 44,758 martyrs and 106,134 injured.

Simultaneously with the regime's airstrikes, the Zionist occupying forces continued to destroy infrastructure and residential areas west of the Jabalia camp located in the northern Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, Doctors Without Borders called for urgent humanitarian assistance for civilians and an immediate and lasting ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

UNRWA also warned in a report that about one million Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip face the risk of cold and rain this winter, and stressed the need to urgently send humanitarian aid to meet their needs and prevent the crisis from escalating.
